Coward Bush subpoena's Michael Moore over "SiCKO"
This is how bad George W. Bush, the most cowardly and incompetent president our nation has had to endure, does not want Americans to see how horrible our health care is.

Moore broke the law and now wants to blame Bush because he is guilty.
Moore should be prosecuted. Why do liberal/socialists think they are above the law?
Moore is like Vick and feels he is better than anyone and the laws don't apply to him.
Moore is the "sicko." Moore should be in the psycho ward of the nearest
State Hospital. Would that be Patton?
Moore should certainly be taken to court to see if he broke the law. It will depend on the definition of his work. If it is journalism, then he did nothing wrong. So basically, if op-ed counts as journalism, Moore's trip was legal. He may have some Constitutional support in this.
Getting dragged through court would be a VERY positive development for Moore, however. It would give him some martyr cred, and give his movies tons more publicity. If the Bush administration wants to REWARD Moore, then they should press forward with this legal action. To punish him, their best course would be to ignore him.
