If the President says he

• can monitor anyone's calls he wants,
  
• can hold anyone in prison without charges and without access to a lawyer he wants,
  
• can ignore any parts of any laws passed by congress he wants, and
  
• can torture and render any terror suspects to any country he wants,
  

why the hell does he want the Patriot Act extended?

The Republican congress and the Republican Supreme court has geven him every dictatorial power - by default or decree - he wants. Isn't that enough? Or does he want more?

I never thought we'd have a President controlled by his desires like a 3-year-old at feeding time.
